3720 S Glenstone Ave 65804-4416,
I have not heard about the promo
They have take out but you would have to call them to see if they take phone orders
I did not see one.
They are not bottomless. Though, they do run promotions every now and again that do offer bottomless options for selected appetizers. Keep an eye out for the promotions to take advantage of them!
They have plenty of keto stuff there.
Website gives this information.
My kids ate age 31 & up I think they ate over that stage! Even if they dont act it some times.....
They have a big chalkboard on the wall for them if your waiting for a table; and smaller individual chalk boards they can use at their table if you want... my kids did manage to make a little mess with the chalk while waiting for food... but nothing a wet wipe couldn't fix ?
Always wonderful food! My first time at this one and Drake (bartender extraordinaire) was very attentive to his guests. He made sure we had enough drinks (he even asked if we wanted some to go!) and ensured that I had plenty of my endless side! The Whiskey River wrap was delicious!
Love the gluten free, all you can eat, French fries! Even the burgers are available in gluten free buns or lettuce.
Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their menu and allergies. Nice variety of burgers and other sandwiches. Would recommend.
Every time I go there, the service is excellent. The servers are friendly and on the ball. Hardly ever have to remind them to fill up your drinks. I've had different servers every time, and the service was great each time. The pricing is as you would expect for this kind of chain, between$10 and $15 per plate. (2020) The bottomless fries are always hot and fresh, and taste quite decent. You should never leave that place hungry - if you do, it's your own fault.
I’ve been here several times and I’ve never had a bad experience with Red Robbins. The restaurant is clean, the workers are all very friendly, the environment is fun and casual, and the food is great! I’ve also ordered carry out on a Friday night and it only took 15 minutes before the food was ready for pick up.
For the most part red robin is pretty good, its a good place to hang out with the bros and just chill. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed the service is pretty good and there are a lot of games streaming in the background, something for everyone. The food is also pretty good, last time i went i got the smoky jack tavern double with fries and strawberry lemonade (the strawberry lemonade here is pretty bomb). The burger was juicy and done to perfection the toppings on the burger also complemented it pretty well. The place is all in all a good place to hang out with the bros enjoy some drinks and the games.
Super expensive but great food. You can easily fall for the endless all you can eat menu items. Burgers are pretty good though! Don't bring you teenage boys unless they have some restraint otherwise with endless root beer floats, you might go broke.
Great service and food. A little pricey but large enough amounts.
Burger was so good garlic frys were great
Service was very fast, and we went in at 9:30 at night. The downside was that we had barely sat down and had time to look at the menu before being asked if we were interested in appetizers. This might be appealing for some customers, but having a kid under 10, we needed a little extra time to get situated. The food was alright. Cooked to order very well, and quickly. This would have been a 3-star experience if our server hadn't checked on us at every opportunity to make sure we were satisfied.
Steak/shake or Freddy's faster and much better value ,taste, paid more for our group than most steak houses, sorry, once was more than enough for all our party,
We had a Gift Card from Christmas and decided to try it. I had heard the Chicken was really good. So I thought it was Chicken but I think now it must have been the Chicken Sandwich. We only got the Tavern Burgers and was not at all Impressed with it. I do not eat Mayo so I added mustard. But the sandwich was very Dry. The French Fries were great.
When the lady met me I wanted to place an order to go. She greeted me as I walked in with a warm smile. Chatted a bit as she handed me the menu. I placed my order and it was out in approx 10min. While I waited she had given me my drink and a cup full of their awesome steak fries to enjoy. She brought my order out, I paid and as I walked out she offered me a refill on my drink.
I like Red Robin but I love this one mostly because off the service. They just have friendly and fun staff that don't mind talking with you, helping with the menu and making it a better experience. I always get the wings because outside of a few places they have the best. The bottomless fries are great when they're hot and the burger selection is what they're known for.
Great people and our server was very quick ..food was good
Hadn’t been here in a long time because I feel like their food has gone downhill. Decided to give it another shot tonight. Came an hour and a half before they closed and there was two, maybe three tables that had customers. They sat us and we waited about 15 minutes, no one even came to get us drinks. Walked out only to have the girl up front sitting on her phone. I think it’s safe to say we will not be back. Their prices went up big time too! I think we’ll stick with Cheddar’s or Chick-fil-a for a late night eat, where we’re treated better and there’s always people eating there. Should have taken that as a sign that it’s still not good when Red Robin had hardly anyone there.
I have not been to a red Robin in years 5+This location was a fantastic experience. Staff was top notch. Server was awesome.Food was perfect, better than I ever remember. The onion rings... Well, those were icing on the cake. Most places undercook or over cook the rings. These are perfect. When you bite in you actually get what you but into. I didn't have to worry about pulling half of the onion out with one bite. All the way to the last bite, shake perfection.
First order for pick up today - I ordered a veggie burger and paid extra for garlic fries. I received an Impossible Burger and regular steak fries. Not impressed. Won't be back for the carry out orders.
Worst place to get burgers in Springfield, in my opinion. It's been years since I last ate here, but it was much better then. Tonight, the floors were slick and slippery like they'd mopped an oil spill all over the whole restaurant, the entire place smelled like sweaty bodies and dirty feet. My seat had a squashed fry all over it and the bathrooms were disgusting. The drinks were awful. I ordered a Sprite, my husband ordered a Dr. Pepper and they both tasted like they had very little syrup, so I asked for a lemonade which tasted extremely watered down. The burgers were just ok, and way overpriced for the value. The service was good though. Our waitress was very friendly and gave prompt service. I know this is overall a very negative review, and much of the circumstances are perhaps (and hopefully) not their usual standard, but this is my honest review and I would not eat here again based on tonight's experience and the overall quality of the food.
They had the greatest service, and as well as some really good chicken. I had a chicken wrap and it was surprisingly very adequate.
Every time I go I make sure to sit in the bar area on Sundays. Ryan is there and takes excellent care of his diners. Food is good and prices aren't bad either.
The food was just OK. Service was slow. Restaurant needed a good cleaning.
If you want a good burger in a decently nice restaurant, Red Robin is definitely not even close to the worst you could do. To be honest, this is much better bang-for-buck than Black Sheep. Botomless fries, beer on tap, and amazing appetizers sell it the rest of the way. Get the pretzel bites and ask for poppy seed honey mustard as a dipping sauce. You can thank me later.
Great service food was amazing especially the dessert
For the price, you might as well go to Black Sheep. The service was good, but the rest of the experience was lacking. The women’s restroom had one roll of tissue between three stalls. Clearly hadn’t been cleaned well in a while. Just a serious lack of care.
Their burgers are great and their fries are also great. The price is the not so great part. I know that they are gourmet burgers but honestly I can get a great burger a lot of places for less money. I used to be a Red Robin fan but for the money I'll choose a great steak and save some cash.
Good burgers. Onion rings were delicious. Love the all you can eat fries.
My all-time favorite restaurant. The food is always delicious. The service was top notch. Every tummy in my Party was well fed and happy. Watch out for the “Play while you Wait†service. We were unaware of a fee to play. It was only $1.99 but didn’t like the surprise. Won’t keep us from going back, we love Red Robin - YUMMMM!!!
Great burgers, endless fries, excellent service. Ask for Andy. He's the best server.
Good food, good service, but manager had a hard time keeping people busy, lots of goofing off and loads of trash everywhere. Tables not cleaned off, wasnt bad except poor management
We eat here often - food is consistent. You can tell they are going through some belt tightening as they have paper towels for napkins, forgone presentation with the food, and switched to plastic glasses without coasters. Nonetheless, the food and service is always good and priced reasonably.
Great hamburgers. Do not order their grilled cheese it's not very good. Don't sit in the bar area the customer service back in that room isn't very good.
I had the master cheese burger with unlimited fries. The burger was delicious...moist and full of flavor but the fries were barely warm and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time. My son ordered off of the kids menu and got the cheese pizza. He complained that the pizza sauce did not taste good and the crust was partially burned. Our waitress was not attentive in the least. Once she brought our food we did not see her again until we had finished our plate. She did not check to see if the food was satisfactory nor did she offer a y more fries that they advertise as never ending. It was DEFINITELY NOT worth the $12 for the burger. Not sure if we will return as the food is way overpriced and the waitresses treat you like a bother.
This place is normally amazing. Great staff and great food. I went last week and everyone who we ate with got sick. It could be they have started slacking because if the pandemic. But it was definitely was a waste for us to pay to spend our night vomiting.
My wife my grandson and I ate there at red Robin it was very very our waiter Andy was very nice and polite very thank you for such a great service we will be back
Excellent service combined with the date price of their food, equals an excellent time
Tasty and more than you can eat but the burger was a bit dry.
Family got us a gift card because we love this place so much. My fave is the whiskey river BBQ burger. Can't go wrong!
I was poisoned. Spent the night and a good portion of the next day nauseous and running to the bathroom.
Ordinary burgers and chicken sandwiches. Overpriced for what you get. Steak fries were bland - no seasoning at all. Very nice staff - many drink refills without even having to ask. Onion rings were the best part. Nicely decorated restaurant. Good parking. Bit hard to get into the parking lot - shares driveway with Chick filet
Great place for good food loved the patio waitress was fast and paid attention. Hostess helped serve our appetizer. Spent around $50 for special drinks, appetizer, 2 juicy thick burgers and some sauce. Must try smoky ketchup and garlic mayo sauce. And the nachos are really good.
We had not been here in years and decided we should return, that was a mistake. It took forever just to have the waitress take our orders. Once that was done the food came pretty quickly but it was horrible. All of the burgers were burnt. The garlic fries my daughter and I ordered were greasy and cold. My husband and son's fries were also cold. The waitress barely bothered to stop by the table and when she did she didn't wait for a reply. She also couldn't seem to remember the drinks. She gave my daughter the wrong one. She wasn't the one to deliver the food either. Some guy did and didn't even know what he was handing out. My daughter's burger tasted like something had rotted. I even tasted it myself. Considering how much we were charged for all of the food we expected much better. The entertainment fee is also ridiculous given what they charge for everything else. The bathrooms are also in disrepair. We will not be back.
The best thing about our experience was our server, always had a smile on his face and I believe tried his very best. The rest, was down hill..My gourmet burger ...I just don’t know what they did to it, I ate about half and said why am I forcing this food down? The bottomless fries..my boyfriend and I looked at each other and laughed, he said well this definitely doesn’t look like the commercial, with the heaping basket of fries my order had about 14 on my plate. I asked the young lady who delivered the food for my next round of fries before she left. The day we went to red Robins it was my boyfriends birthday, and they gave him an ice cream Sunday as a special treat for his special day when the young lady delivered it to the table she neglected to deliver a spoon as well so that he could enjoy it, he had to wait, it was more like a chocolate shake by the time he got a spoon.I did leave a nice tip for our server, he did a good job.
I love this place and would go back all the time. My family aren't quite as enamored with it as I though, so I'll just have to bide my time til its my turn to pick again. Great food. Great staff. Great ambiance. Endless fries. What more could a girl want?
My $12 burger, at best, was a Braum's $4.50 burger. The quality of the slightly pink (requested no pink) beef, the dry bun, etc. were all fast food quality. Both slices of tomato were piled in the middle of the burger on top of each other. The single pickle slice was at the edge of the burger borderline falling off. The blue cheese, like the tomatoes, was piled exclusively in the center of my burger. Again, fast food drive through tops, if I paid less than $5.00 for the burger I would have thought "yeah, this seems right."The fries that came with my burger were old, and obviously put in the frier to seem fresh. I know this because in my youth I worked fast food and know what doing this to fries does to them. That said, the second basket I ordered was hot and fresh.Over all this was my third attempt at Red Robins and I will not return. Oddly, this was the best service I ever had. I am 100% a huge fan of bottomless fries and that is the ONLY reason I went this time.
